OLIVER KIPLING With heavy hearts we, the family, announce the passing of our father Oliver Kipling at the age of 76 years, with his family at his side. He leaves to mourn three sons: Gerald (Lorrainne), Lornne (Destiny), and Paul (Gerri); as well as 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also left to mourn three siblings: sister Dorothy Robson (Albert) of Calgary; two brothers, Ken (Fay) and Normon, both of Winnipeg. Dad was predeceased by his son Lloyd Michell; parents, Malcolm and Bertha Kipling; four brothers, Jimmy, Harold, Leslie and Phillip, as well as two sisters, Loretta and Bessie. Dad was born August 10, 1930 in St. Peters, MB where he grew up and worked as a fisherman, a job he loved to do. He later moved to Winnipeg and continued to work cutting fish. Dad took great pride in raising his sons, and then later enjoying his grandchildren. They could find ice cream in grandpa's freezer at any given time. Dad was always there for his boys and grandchildren. His favourite times were visiting with family and friends. Dad, you were the best, and we can't thank you enough for everything, we love you and we will miss you always. The family would like to send heartfelt thanks to friends and family who have been by our side through this difficult time.
