Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKENNETH LARRY FOSTER, P. ENG 1940 - 2007 Larry died peacefully on February 15, 2007 after a brief illness with his family at his side. Larry is survived by his beloved wife Liz; his son Ian (Anya); his daughter Alexandra (Cory) and daughter Stephanie (Nelson); and his six grandchildren, Katie, Claire and Natalie Foster, Ella and Ewan Wiebe and Charlotte Brandao. He is also survived by his sister Joan (Noel) Kerr of Vancouver; mother-in-law Muriel McKenty; and his sisters-in-law, Ann (John) and Susan (Lex) of Australia; and many nieces and nephews. His parents, Ernest and Amelia Foster predeceased Larry. Larry was born in Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil). He spent his entire professional career with Manitoba Hydro working on various projects including Grand Rapids and Kettle Generating Station. After leaving Gillam he settled in Winnipeg with his family. Larry was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Among his greatest enjoyments were gardening, music, time spent with his family at Victoria Beach and golf with his friends. Flowers are gratefully declined if friends wish, donations may be made to Fort Whyte Centre or a charity of your choice.
