EDWARD W. JOHNSON SR. September 24, 1926 - February 20, 2007 Peacefully, on February 20, 2007, Edward passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Edward was predeceased by his parents, Huldur and Wilhelmina Johnson; brother Einar Johnson; and sister Helen Howell. Edward will be remembered by his loving wife of over 50 years, Alice; children, Linda (Emil) Farski, Einar (Sandra), Barbara (Blake) Ricola, Ed Jr., Valdi (Tammy) and Elizabeth (Paul) Kopp; Edward will also be missed by his 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He will also be lovingly missed by his sisters and their families. The family would like to thank the staff at 3rd Floor Unit 4 at Seven Oaks Hospital, for the care given to Edward. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with an interment and reception to follow.
