ERIC MACLEAN, S.J. April 6, 1943 - February 21, 2007 Suddenly passed away on Wednesday, February 21, in his 63rd year and his 43rd year as a Jesuit. Since January 1, 1997, Fr. Maclean has been President of Loyola High School, Montreal, and was an active member in the English-speaking community of the city. Survived by his brother, Dr. Alan Maclean of Montreal and three nieces, Christine, Julie and Sandy, he will be also greatly mourned by his many Jesuit colleagues, his numerous friends and most especially by the staff and students, alumni and friends of Loyola High School. Visitation will take place in the Atrium at Loyola High School, 7272 Sherbrooke St. West, Montreal, from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 24 and from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 25. The Mass of the Resurrection will take place in St. Patrick's Basilica, 460 René-Lévesque Blvd. West, Montreal at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 26. Interment follows in the Jesuit Cemetery, Guelph, ON on Wednesday, February 28 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Eric Maclean, S.J.
