SAMUEL DAUDRICH September 29, 1918 February 19, 2007 Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Doris (Black). Loved and adored father of Eleanor (Larry) and Edwin (Francine) of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Todd, Glenn (Jody), Lonny (Kerri), Adam and Nathaniel. He will be greatly missed by sisters, Olga, Bertha, and Elizabeth (Steve); brother Jack (Irene); sister-in-law Lilly (Rudy); stepchildren, Barbara (Russ), Margery; step-grandchildren, Sheila, Neil, Andre, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by siblings, Mary, Katerina, Pauline, Henry, and John. Sam retired in 1983 after 32 years of service at the University of Manitoba. Sam will be remembered for his generosity, his gentleness and his kindness to many. At his request a private memorial was held. Cremation has taken place.
