CECILIA WINNICKI (nee BIALEK) 1917 - 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at the East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, Manitoba. Cecilia is survived by her loving husband John of 57 years; children, Lorne (Debbie), Wesley (Nancy); daughter-in-law Rosemarie Winnicki; grandchildren, Maureen Winnicki Lyons and daughter Teresa, Ramona Niemczyk (Greg) and daughter Gabriella, Stacy Johnson (Rick) and family Kianna and Easton, Kristin Hayward (Tim), Brandi, Amber and Chad Winnicki. Also surviving are siblings, Nellie Urbanski, Casmir Bialek (Adele), Tom Bialek (Helen), Adeline Cyncora (Peter) and brother in law John Walker. Cecilia was predeceased by her son Leonard; sisters, Mary Komadowski and Jean Walker; brothers, Stanley Bialek, John Bialek, Gene Walker and Joseph Bialek. Cecilia was a woman dedicated to her family and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her early years she worked at Canada Packers and worked on the farm along with her husband. Prayers will be said on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Beausejour, Manitoba. Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. also from St. Mary's Church with Fr. David Brabant Presiding. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearer will be Chad Winnicki. Pallbearers, will be Rick Johnson, Tim Hayward, Brian Cyncora, Phill Winnicki, Eugene Winnicki and Greg Niemczyk. If friends so desire memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba or to the East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, Manitoba.
