JEAN GREIG DUNCAN 1917 - 2007 It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Jean on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 89 years. Remaining to forever cherish Jean's memory are her brother Ronald Robb and family in Glasgow, Scotland; sisters, Ann Anderson in Fort Frances, Ontario, Dorothy and Shirley in Winnipeg and brother Tommy Lawrie in Abbotsford, British Columbia; niece Sharon McDonnell in Beaverton, Ontario; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Harry as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Jean was a very active member of the Red Hat Rowdies, The Tops Club and the Senior Writer's Workshop for Creative Retirement Club. She also travelled to many parts of the world while on vacations and visiting relatives. A celebration of life was held for Jean at the Viscount Gort Hotel on Wednesday, February 21, which was conducted by Jane Morton. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Staff at the Assiniboine Clinic and the Doctors and Nurses at the Grace Hospital for their care and consideration during Jean's time in their care.
