KARL F. GOERTZEN Karl F. Goertzen of Steinbach, formerly of Landmark passed away at Rest Haven Nursing Home on Friday, February 23, 2007 at the age of 98. He is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Henry) Huisman of Calgary and Joyce of Winnipeg; three sons, Frank (Irene) of Kola, MB, Karl (Grace) of Winnipeg, and Len (Lottie) of Winnipeg; 14 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Katherina in 1996, daughter Pauline in 1982 and son Elvin in 2007. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr, Steinbach on Tuesday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Prairie EMC Church, Landmark on Wednesday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at the church cemetery.
