LOIS VIRGINIA CALVEZ August 22, 1929 - February 28, 2007 After a courageous battle with cancer, Lois passed away peacefully at the Victoria Hospital on February 28, 2007. Lois will be greatly missed by her children, Mark, Mickey, Matthew (Jade and her daughter Laura), Lisa (Kirk) and her grandchildren, Jay, Lindsey and Kyla. Lois also leaves behind brothers, Gordon, Raymond, Ronald, Richard; sister Lorraine; Aunt Tooie; and their extended family. Lois was predeceased by her husband Armand; parents, Gordon (Pete) and Ivy Kyle; and sister Nola Skinner. Lois enjoyed a long and rewarding career as a nurse at St. Boniface Hospital and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and the family will be holding a private service. Lois faced her battle with cancer with dignity and courage. The family would like to express our appreciation to everyone who supported us throughout this difficult time. As well the family would like to express our appreciation to the staff at the Victoria Hospital, 5 South for their wonderful care to Lois in her final days.
