LILLIAN PENIUK It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Lillian Peniuk (née Harrison) on March 5, 2007. She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 47 years, Bill; her children: Brad (Sandra), Kevin (Jackie); two grandchildren, Billy and Bethanie. Lillian was predeceased by her parents, Cora and Leon Harrison and her brother Ken. She is survived by her sisters, Cecile, Elaine (Rick), Sherry (Charlie); brother Brian (Jackie) and sister-in-law Lil, and many nieces and nephews. Lillian was very devoted to her religion, and found great comfort in her prayer group. She was devoted to her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Her gentle heart touched many lives with her warmth and compassion. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church, 254 Arnold Ave. (off Osborne St.), on Friday, March 9, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6.
