HENRY GEORGE HOLIK Peacefully in Ottawa, with his wife by his side, Tuesday, March 6, 2007, after a courageous battle with ALS. Henry is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Kathy; and sons, Nick and Stef. He was predeceased by his parents Basil and Helena Holik. Henry also leaves to cherish his memory, brothers, Ed (Pam) and Anj; nieces, Sabrina, Brittany and Melissa; nephews, Adam and Bradley; sister-in-law Karen (Glen Reynolds); brothers-in-law, Doug and David Cramp; mother-in-law Joan Cramp (Rudy Bujak); and numerous cousins and friends. Henry was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, attended St. Ignatius and Kelvin High Schools before graduating with a Masters Degree from the University of Manitoba. He then spent 25 successful years working for the Federal Government. Henry was very involved with the Church and Scouts Canada, and had a great love for music and sports (Go Habs!). Friends may assemble Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at St. Monica's Church, Ottawa, Ontario, for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Ottawa, in the spring.
