Although he couldn't speak, he knew Lovie and her sister Bonnie were at his side. Peter was a kind and caring man who was always available to lend a helping hand. His family was always high on his priority list. For many years Peter and Lovie, Bonnie and John spent many weekends camping at Hecla Island and Falcon Lake, as well as several trips to the Bahamas, Acapulco and on their 25th anniversary took a trip to Europe. He was predeceased by his father Joseph and mother Mary; also his nephew Craig; niece Charlene; and brother Edward. Lovie and Alan would like to sincerely thank the staff and doctors at our Gimli Health Centre, the Selkirk General Hospital and the Betel Home in Selkirk for the care given to Peter. He would also like to express our deep appreciation to everyone that was available, in a heart beat, so that Lovie could be with Peter.
