JOHN JAMES MARIAN RYBAK John James Marian Rybak passed away peacefully at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg on Monday, March 12, 2007, at the age of 83. He is survived by one brother Peter Rybak; one sister Helena Batenchuk; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Mike and Frank; and sisters, Anne Vyse, Kay Shebeski and Nellie Scott. John was born in Arborg, Manitoba. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Manitoba; and subsequently his Degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loyola University, Chicago. He practised Dentistry in Winnipeg until he was forced to give up his practice due to a disabling injury. John loved to draw, spent many hours reading, listening to Jazz, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. The family would like to thank Dr. Ramgoolam as well as the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital and the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for their compassion and excellent care of our dear brother and uncle. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2007, at Holy Ghost Parish, 341 Selkirk Avenue, Rev. FR. Maciej Pajak, celebrant. Interment will follow in the Holy Ghost Cemetery. Viewing will take place one half hour prior to the service, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. God Bless and Our Prayers are with You.
