EVELYN VALERIE (SAVAGE) MARSHALL Peacefully on March 5, 2007, with her family at her side in Sidney, B.C. She was an independent woman who enjoyed walking around Sidney and spending time with her family as well as her cat Tony. Evelyn was born in Winnipeg on February 14, 1924, living most of her life in Elmwood. Evelyn and Maurice retired to Sidney in 1976 and enjoyed a long retirement. Predeceased by her husband Maurice in 1997, she is survived by her daughter Marjorie Krist (Ron) of Winnipeg; son Christopher (Jill) of Victoria; grandchildren, Sherri Kennedy (Larry), Shawn, Kevin, Angela, Sandra, Shannon and great-grandchildren, Kira and Kieran. Private family service was held on March 8, 2007.
