Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM WORONIUK 1925 - 2007 On March 16, 2007, survived by loving wife Winnie and children, Darryl (Bonnie), Ember (Wayne) and granddaughter Hayley. Predeceased by his parents and brother George. Born in Ashern, MB, he lived his youth on a family dairy farm in Camper, MB then relocated to a hobby mink farm in St. Charles, MB. Ensuing high school, he enlisted in the military and served in the signal corps for three years. During post military years, he attended M.I.T. and Red River Community College which culminated with a position at C.N.R. until retirement. Bill was a private person and found solace in nature. He enjoyed fishing, boating, waterskiing and snow-mobiling; but gardening was his forte. In accordance with his wishes, his body is to be donated to the University of Manitoba for anatomical studies and / or entrusted to Voyage for cremation.
