DOLORAISE MARIE RITA GOBEIL (nee DOIRON) Peacefully, on Monday March 18, 2007, Doloraise Marie Rita Gobeil passed away into the hands of her Lord. She was born in St. Catharines, Ontario on July 27, 1942. Doloraise will be sadly missed by her precious daughter Roxanne (Scott); her devoted son Richard; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; her sweet grandchildren, Jaydon, Tristine and Janine; her mother Denise Doiron-Granger; her sister Laurette S.G.M.; her brothers, Jean (Denise), Ray (Carol), Rene (Loretta), and George (Alice). Her in-laws, Denis (Annette), Gabriel (Marguerite), Augustin (Louise), Lionel (Huguette), Andre (Sandra), Carole, Raymond, Roland (Julie), Robert (Caroline), Claude (Gwen), Annette, Florence (Joel), Walter, Suzanne (Eugene), Adele (Ken), Dianne (Lucien), Frank; numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and many good friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Omer; father Rosario; step-father Henri; father and mother-in-law Tom and Emilienne; her in-laws, Gerard, Marie-Ange, Joe and Thérèse, Denise, George; her nephews, Ryan, Gilles and Paul. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, 1007 St. Mary's Road. Our thanks to family and friends who helped out with Doloraise's care during her lengthy illness. Your prayers and your presence at her side were a great support to her as well as to the family. Doloraise greatly appreciated the family environment and the care she received at the Saint-Boniface General Hospital Palliative Care Unit. The family wishes to thank all staff and volunteers for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or to the Bogota Project.
