SARAH ANN ELSIE ROSS Sarah Ann Elsie Ross passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 25, 2007, at the Dr. Gendreau Personal Care home in Ste. Rose du Lac, at the age of 96 years. Elsie was born on June 28, 1910, at Kinosota, MB, to Donald and Mary Moar. She married John Ross on January 19, 1931, at St. Bedes Anglican Church in Kinosota where they raised their family of 10 children. Elsie was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Mary Moar, five brothers: Dan, Robert, Julius, Jack, and Jimmy and three sisters: Barbara, Mae, and Tina, her husband John in 1991, son Robert (Bertie) in 1939, and twin sons: Larry in 1986, and Leonard in 2006. Elsie leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories seven children: Mary Campbell, Jack (Maxine), Barbara (Lloyd Peppler), Anne (John Shuttleworth), Jim (Florence), Wayne (Dale), Ron (Irene), daughters-in-law, Aileen Ross and Lillian Ross, 25 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law Gertrude Moar and several nieces, nephews and extended family. A very special thank-you to all the staff and doctors at the Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home for the exceptional care they provided for our Mother. Prayers were held on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at Dobchuk Funeral Service, McCreary, MB. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Bedes Anglican Church, Kinosota, MB. Interment to follow at St. Bedes Cemetery. Rev. Jona Weitzel and Rev. Canon Joy Ruddock will officiate. Eldon Campbell will serve as Organist, Gordon Ross as Soloist, and Eulogy by Sho-Sho Shuttleworth. Active Pallbearers: Gordie Ross, Randy Ross, Curtis Ross, Don Ross, Ross Peppler, Richard Ross, Darryl Ross, and Travis Ross. Godchild James Shuttleworth, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her many friends are considered as honorary pallbearers. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in memory of Elsie to St. Bedes Anglican Church, General Delivery, Kinosota, MB R0H 0L0, or Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home, 515 Mission Street, Ste.
