Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPHINE CECILIA (TOMCHUK) GUNTER Peacefully after a lengthy illness on March 28, 2007, Josephine Gunter went to her eternal rest at Seven Oaks Hospital. She leaves to mourn her passing, her beloved daughter Sharon (Joseph), grandchildren, Robert (Lise), Bev (Diane), Heather (Darwin), Holly and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Frank; brothers, Peter, Frank, Paul, Walter and daughter Geraldine. Josephine was born on January 1, 1921, to John and Helen Tomchuk. She was raised in Beaconia, MB, and spent the rest of her years in Winnipeg. She enjoyed spending time in her garden and liked to go to the casino to play the slots with family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Patel and the nursing staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for their kindness shown. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 1 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine's memory to the Cancer Society or to a charity of their choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
