Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARLENE JUNE ROSEBOROUGH June 3, 1942 March 21, 2007 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Marlene Roseborough, aged 64, on March 21, 2007. Marlene is predeceased by her parents, Earl and Ruby, sister Marilyn and beloved cat Tiffany. She will be sadly missed by many friends and family. She is survived by her Uncle Gren Page, Aunt Reta Smith and Uncle Wilson Page. Marlene will be fondly remembered by Gwen (Ken) Knight, Gail (Al) Langdale and their families, Heather Creed; as well as numerous cousins. She will be especially missed by her best friend of 12 years Carol Frate and her cat Thomas. Marlene was a kind and gentle soul who loved to bake and could find the humour in almost any situation. Her gregarious laughter and shining eyes were familiar to all who knew her. Her cheerful personality was often reflected in her love of bright colours and clothing. Family was very important to Marlene and she loved to reminisce about her childhood in Oakville, her life in Winnipeg and her many relatives - often amazing her listeners with her almost uncanny memory for names and dates. She was a bright light for so many of us. The family would like to extend special thanks to the Ortega family for their years of support and companionship of Marlene. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of their choice. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date in Oakville, Manitoba.
