Bill was predeceased by his mother Norma Jean and father William K. Cooper. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with viewing one hour prior to the service.
