SEBASTIANO (SAM) DI CLEMENTE In tears we saw you sinking We watched you fade away. You suffered much in silence, You fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, Your spirit did not bend, But still you kept on fighting, Until the very end. On Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Selkirk Hospital, our beloved husband of Anna and father, passed away into the presence of his Lord and Saviour. After 53 years of marriage our dad will be missed by his beloved wife Anna; two children, Domenico and Linda Di Clemente Simons (Monty); three grandchildren, Gina Di Clemente Suwala (Andrew), Jennifer and Kristen and one great-granddaughter Jasmine; two sisters, Giulia Di Clemente of Italy and Doretta Cona (Domenico) of Toronto, four sisters-in-law, Lucy Giancola (Giovanni), Ida Furlan (Ottavio), Maria Quiering (Jerry), Tonie Dakin; three brothers-in-law, Carmine Forte (Terri), Nicole Forte (Anna) and Aldo Forte (Sherri); also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father Domenico and mother Maria, one brother Mario, father-in-law Giuseppe Forte and mother in-law Maria Forte. God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be So he put his arms around you And whispered Come to Me . So when we saw you sleeping So peaceful, free from pain, We could not wish you back To suffer that again. Prayers will be said at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10 at Notre Dame du Lac Roman Catholic Church, Lac du Bonnet, MB with Funeral Mass following at 12:00 p.m. Rev. Fr. Mirek Szynal presiding. Interment will follow in Lac du Bonnet Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Luciano Armenti, Gabriel Giancola, Jerry Quiering, Nicole Forte, Aldo Forte and Montague Simons.
