EDNA ALFHILD FOURES (nee LEITE) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Edna Foures at the St. Boniface Hospital, Saturday, April 7, 2007, at the age of 66 years. Edna was born in Winnipeg on February 8, 1941. On August 6, 1960, Edna and Bob were married. They celebrated their 25th anniversary on August 6, 1985. Sadly Bob passed away on December 18, 1985. Edna worked at Toronto General Trust, Canada Permanent, Montreal Trust and retired from Scotiabank in 1998. Edna was predeceased by her parents, Marie and Martin Leite, her sister Linda Kotyk and brother-in-law Michael Kotyk, brother Odd Leite and sister-in-law Dorothy and her father-in-law Henry Foures. Edna will be sadly missed by her brother Alf Leite and wife Betty, brother Roy Leite and wife Dorothy, sister May Chester and husband Cliff and sister Ruth White and husband Bill, mother-in-law Ethel Foures, sister-in-law Jeannine and husband Gary Moore, brother-in-law Henry and wife Annette Foures and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 14 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 709 St. Mary's Rd., with Rev. Martha McDowell officiating. Flowers gratefully declined.
