MURIEL HAUK Peacefully, on Saturday, April 14, 2007 at Riverview Health Centre, Muriel passed away. Muriel was predeceased by her first husband Norman Hauk and second husband Edwin Hauk; brother John Mathews and sister May Hopkins from England. She is survived by her son Norman (Sheila) of Winnipeg; daughter Carol (Ron) of Calgary; grandchildren, Lynn, Robert, Karel, Mark, Sherry, Kevin and Michelle; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Eirlys Palmer and Rachel (George) Hare, both of England; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all of Muriel's friends for their support during her illness. Visitation will be held Monday, April 16, 2007 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Chad's Anglican Church, 3390 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7 or to the Canadian Celiac Association, 5170 Dixie Road Suite 204, Mississauga, ON L4W 1E3.
