Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN CHRISTINA COTE It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Jean Christina Coté on April 15, 2007 at the age of 56 years. She is survived by her long-time loving companion Michael Husband; sisters, Betty Anderson of Winnipeg, Joyce Pifer and brother Richard of British Columbia, along with three nephews, David, Bob and Dan; aunts, May and Ruth, as well as numerous cousins. Jean was predeceased by her mother and father, Anna and Emil, and by her brother Raymond. Jean will be remembered for her good nature and love of animals. She enjoyed her many trips to the lake and British Columbia, but more so, her trip to Texas with her mother. In accordance with Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy # 1 East at Navin Road, on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Janet Walker presiding. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jean's memory to the Heart Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
