BERNICE PHYLLIS DANYLCHUK Bernice P. Danylchuk, died peacefully at San Diego Hospice in La Jolla, California on April 15, 2007. Bernice was born January 19, 1918, in Hadashville, MB, the daughter of Adam and Anastasia Bencharski. In 1935 she met and married John Danylchuk, and soon after gave birth to two sons. In 1944 their family moved to Winnipeg and established entrepreneurship operations in the hotel, retail oil, service station and restaurant business. In 1956 John and Bernice moved to Escondido. They later moved to La Jolla, California where Bernice established Physio-Dynamics with locations in La Jolla, and Los Angeles. Bernice is loved and missed by her sons, Edward (Marjorie) and Bernard (Jan), five grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her close friends, Lita Yandall and Yvonne Gore. She is survived by her sister Helen Tyrchniewicz of Winnipeg, MB. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1978. Funeral services will be held at Mary Star of the Sea Church in La Jolla, California on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. followed by graveside services at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego, California. Thank you for all you have done for our lives and your community. Your work here will be remembered for generations. Rest in Peace.
