Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALVINA MAYNER (SCHNELL) 1915 2007 On Tuesday, April 17, 2007 with family by her side, Mom went to be with her Lord at the Emerson Personal Care Home. Alvina was predeceased by her husband William; parents, Christopher and Dora Schnell; sister Dorothy Wakefield; brothers, Otto and Fred Schnell; sister-in-law Ruth Schnell; and brothers-in-law, Charlie Wakefield, William Goetz and William Krashy. She is survived by her daughter Shirley (Barry) Jeske; son Raymond (Monique) Mayner; grandchildren, June (Perry) McMahon, Dean and Perry Jeske, Lisa (Mike) Cure, Danny (friend Ashley) Mayner; great-grandchildren, Kristin, Andrew, Samantha, Ashley, Courtney and Emily; sisters, Elsie Goetz and Violet Krashy; sister-in-law Dorothy Schnell; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the home care workers when Mom was in Emerson Estates and the staff at Emerson Personal Care Home for all their care and compassion in looking after Mom. A funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Friedensthal, MB on Sunday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
