ROGER ALAN JAMES B.D.S., F.R.C.S., F.R.C.SC. March 8, 1924 - December 26, 2006 Peacefully with his loving family and dear friends by his side, Roger passed away at the Concordia Hospital on December 26. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the ICU at Concordia Hospital for their exceptional care. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday 28th April 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel 1800 Day Street. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation. GOD SAW YOU GETTING TIRED God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be, So He put His arms around you And whispered, Come to Me. In tears we saw you sinking, We watched you fade away, Our hearts were almost broken, You fought so hard to stay. What you suffered, you told us few, You didn't deserve what you went through, Tired and weary, you made no fuss, But tried so hard to stay with us. But when we saw you sleeping, So peaceful, free from pain, We could not wish you back, To suffer all that again. So treasure him, Lord, in your garden of rest, For here on earth, he was the very best. God Bless you, Amen.
