HARRIS STANLEY WALTERS March 26, 1929 - April 15, 2007 It with deep sadness we announce the passing of Harris Stanley Walters at the Health Sciences Centre on April 15th, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Olga, son Gary, daughter Cathy, nephew Craig (Lorraine), Aunt Pearl and numerous cousins. Stan was predeceased by his father Horace, mother Josephine and sister Doreen. He was born on March 26, 1929. Stan began working at the age of 16 and retired when he was 60. He enjoyed carpentry and made many home improvements. In his later years, his pride and joy was the little house he built in the backyard where many family barbecues were held. We would like to thank the staff of the Health Sciences Centre for their care and kindness during the past two weeks that Stan was in the hospital. We would also like to thank Cousin Pearl for all her help during our time of grief. A private graveside service and reception was held on Friday, April 20, 2007. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made to your favorite charity. The house doesn't seem the same without you Dad. We're going to miss your corny sense of humour.
