Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT NELSON RICHARDSON March 23, 1928 March 21, 2007 With great sadness the family of Bob Richardson announce his passing on March 21, 2007 at age 78 in Morse, SK. Bob leaves many family and friends to cherish his memory including his seven children and their families, with whom he always tried to stay close to. Bob's sister Alice (Bill) Price is left to mourn for Bob and unfortunately for their brother James Richardson of Vernon, BC who also passed away on March 25, 2007. Bob was born in Port Arthur, ON and spent 35 years dispatching trains for CN Rail all over Western Canada. Many years were spent in Kamloops, BC before recently moving to Morse, SK. Our father loved painting, writing, and the outdoors. His artwork can be found in many places in Canada and the world. Dad also wrote his biography Son of an Orphan which is a wonderful legacy of his times. Cremation was performed and a service was held at the Morse Cemetery on March 26. Many of Bob's friends from Morse and other areas were in attendance. Bob's faithful dog and companion, Lady Emma, is laid to rest with him as he wished. A lasting tribute to our Dad's life is the fact that all seven children were together for the first time in over 40 years to attend his funeral. We want to express sincere thanks to staff at Herbert Hospital and to the people of Morse for their friendship and support. Dad was very happy to be a part of your wonderful community for his final years. If desired, donations to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed. Thanks for everything Dad, we will miss you. - Heather, Vivian, Warren, Susan, Diana, Rob, and Chris
