CLAYTE SWANSON Clayte passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the age of 79. He'll be missed by his family and friends. Clayte loved a good joke, a great piece of pie, curling and golf. He wore out more than a few crossword puzzle dictionaries even after his stroke which had him learn to write with his left hand. Originally from the prairies, he lived in White Rock for the last 27 years. He is survived by his wife Mona; four children, Marni (John), Ray, Lindy (Mike) and Susan (Brenden); ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A special thanks to the staff at Weatherby 3 for their compassionate support and care, and to Dr. Joshi. Donations in lieu of flowers, can be made to The Weatherby 3 Recreation Fund, 15521 Russell Ave., White Rock, BC V4B 2R4. A memorial drop-in celebration will be held Saturday, May 12 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Victory Memorial Centre, 14831 28th Ave., Surrey.
