LYDIA SHAWLINSKI (nee FORSIUK) November 26, 1912 - April 23, 2007 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Lydia Shawlinski who went to be with her Lord on Monday, April 23, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband Tom; her parents, Joe and Tina Forsiuk; sons, Walter and Ed; sisters, Olga Forsiuk and Nady Posnikoff; brothers, Anthony, Paul and Peter Forsiuk; brothers-in-law, Fred Posnikoff and Fred Satz. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Elaine (Bob), Tony, Carl, Jack, Ruth (Mirron), Eileen, sisters, Nettie and Jennie, her grand-children and great-grandchild. She loved her family dearly and was completely devoted to them. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. Funeral services will be held at the Valley Evangelical Covenant Church, Durban on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Benito Cemetery.
