EDIE MOURRE Our beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 3:20 p.m. at St. Boniface Hospital after heroically battling breast cancer for the last three years. She is survived by husband Jack; father Adam and mother Else; brother Bert (Jeanie); daughter Michelle (Yuri); son Sean; grand-children, Elly and Ari. Edie was born September 30, 1949 in Germany. She dedicated herself for 30 years to her career at CNIB. She was devoted to her family and her family to her. Edie was a faithful servant to our Lord Jesus Christ. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, in particular Dr. John Foerster who was her special guardian angel during her illness. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at McDermot Avenue Baptist Church, 821 McDermot Avenue with a reception to follow.
