ARTHUR WALTER JOHNSON March 29, 1949 - April 3, 2007 Art passed away at the St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, BC with his brother Edward at his side. He was predeceased by his father Henry (1966); mother Reubina (1977); sister Tillie (1994) and sister Alice (2003). Art is survived by his brothers, Herb (Renate), John (Myrna), Edward (Cecilia); sisters, Gladys (Bill), Irene (Hank), Louise (Jim), May and Grace, numerous nieces and nephews. Art had a special fondness for his mother's side of the family and kept in touch with the family members from Churchill. Art travelled back to Manitoba often to visit family and childhood friends. Art loved to read and listen to country music. Art will be cremated and his ashes spread in the valley along the Coquihalla Highway as were his wishes.
