DOROTHY PAWLOSKI
Date of Passing: Apr 28, 2007
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY PAWLOSKI It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Dorothy Pawloski on April 28, 2007 after a short illness. Dorothy had just celebrated her 79th birthday the week before with her family. It was a joyous occasion and one we will remember forever. Dorothy can now join her beloved husband Jack and son Gary in heaven. She is lovingly remembered by her son Dale (wife Shari), grandson Kenny (fiancé Lea), granddaughter Lea and daughter JoAnne Houston. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff at Concordia Hospital who provided Dorothy with the utmost respect and care through her illness. Dorothy had a full and active life; she loved the cottage, picking blueberries, tending to her garden and flowers. Dorothy had a great passion for beauty and life and she expressed that love through her gardening. She loved to travel with her best friend Jack. They took many trips, until they finally settled at Magic Valley Trailer Park in Texas for at least four months out of the year. In her latter years she loved her Sunday afternoon bingo and then supper with the family. She always said Sunday was her busiest day. She had just moved into Concordia Village the year before and had made many new friends there. God in His wisdom gave her to us for 79 wonderful years and now He has called her home. Rest in Peace mom. We love you forever. Prayers, Wednesday evening, May 2, at 7:00 p.m., at Holy Eucharist Church, Munroe Avenue and Watt Street. Funeral on Thursday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association 200 - 310 Broadway (2nd Floor) Winnipeg, MB.
