Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCOREY SIMON GERARD ROBICHAUD It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Corey Simon Gerard Robichaud on April 30, 2007. He was predeceased by his grandparents Simon and Armande Couture and John and Kitty Robichaud. Corey leaves to mourn his parents Bob and Lise Robichaud; his loving brother Ryan (Julie); numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Even throughout Corey's medical battles, he was full of spirit, enthusiasm and love for his family and friends. His love for camping with his grandparents, fishing with his dad, brother and uncles and cruising on his new electric wheelchair will always be remembered. Corey gave the gift of hope and a love for life to everyone he met! A special thank you to the Beaulieu family for all their love and support, your dedication to Corey's well-being and companionship helped him and us keep going. To the Penner family, thank you for all your love and support in good times and bad. We would also like to thank Tammy Bjornson, your love and friendship meant the world to Corey and his family. He loved you very much and we have a special place in our hearts for you. To St. Boniface Dialysis Unit and Dr. Francois, thank you for the constant care and help with Corey. To all the doctors and staff, thank you for your care of Corey for the last 31 years. Funeral service will take place on Friday, May 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East and Navin Rd., with Rev. Fr. Robb McDougall presiding. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Corey's memory may be made to the Humane Society, Box 151, 162-2025 Corydon Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3P 0N5, or the Society of Manitobans With Disabilities. I always wondered what happened to Cory. I only knew Cory from school, but he was always a positive guy. He was a great person. I know it's been 18 years now, but I just found out today.
