Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROMAN MARKEWICH Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 30, 2007 at the Concordia Hospital. Roman was born December 28, 1933 in Libau, MB. He was employed with the Winnipeg School Division No. 1, until his retirement. Roman enjoyed the outdoors, especially the time spent on the farm in Libau. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Rose, of 54 years; children, Maryann (husband Gregg), Michael, Maria and Margaret (Chris); grandchildren, Charles and Christina; three sisters, Helen, Natalie and Julia; numerous friends and other relatives. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Service will terminate at the Chapel.
