Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGLADYS IRENE WEBER (nee WALKER) March 6, 1931 May 1, 2007 It is with the same grace and dignity as she lived every day of her life, our dear mother, grandmother and friend, Gladys Weber, passed on to be with her cherished husband Victor and son Don in the afternoon of May 1, 2007. Gladys is survived by son Frank (grand-children, Michael and Adam); daughter Tracey (Stewart, grandchildren, Kelly, Melissa, Christy (Mike, great-granddaughter Sophie Amor) and son Les (grandchildren, Ryan and Shelby and their mother Connie). She will also be lovingly remembered by her two sisters, Doris Tully and family and Frances Brennan and family. After moving to Winnipeg from Grosse Isle, Gladys worked at Eaton's. Five years later she had met and married Victor Weber, and bought a house in West Kildonan where they lived their entire married life. Together they had four beautiful children. Since the demise of the Ladies Auxiliary, Gladys was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #30 for 12 years and will be missed dearly. She will miss her summers at Hillside Beach and all the friends that she has made throughout her life A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing one hour prior at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gladys' memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or to the Winnipeg Humane Society. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
