BERTHA YVONNE REID August 18, 1929 It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Bertha on May 1, 2007 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill. Left to cherish her memories are her sister Pauline; her daughter Laurel; her grandchildren, Christian, Julie and Damon; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will take place on Monday, May 7, 2007. Viewing will commence at 1:00 p.m. with the service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. #1 East and Navin Road, with Fr. Fred Olds presiding. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Bertha's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3. Green Acres Funeral Home in care of arrangements, 222-3241.
