RONALD JAWORSKI It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 of our beloved husband and father, Ronald Jaworski at the age of 74 years, after a lengthy illness and courageous battle. Ronald entered eternal life by the grace of God through his perpetual faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ. Remaining to forever cherish Ronald's memory are his wife Eleanor with whom he spent almost 52 loving years; son, Bradley whom he loved so much; sister Bernice (William) Solypa; two brothers, Robert (Jeanine Tetrault) and Charles (Lynn Zayshley); niece Beverley Blakesley; nephews Brian, Wayne and David; as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Ann (Hykawy). Ronald's first employment opportunity began with Marshall Wells, and then in 1959, he joined Sears Canada Inc., as a sales representative in the hardware department. He excelled here until his retirement in 1988, returning on a part time basis until 1992 when he officially retired. A kind and forgiving individual, Ronald touched the lives of all who knew him. He was always ready and willing to help anyone who needed a helping hand, even if it meant putting a hardship on himself. Ronald loved his family and he loved to be with people. Being a lifelong member of The St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Ronald served on the Parish Council, was Eucharistic Minister and Hospitality Minister until his passing. His lifelong relationship with God gave him strength and comfort in his later years. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 14 at 10:30 a.m., in the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Paul The Apostle, 2400 Portage Avenue, with Rev. Fr. Mark Tarrant, presiding and Rev. Msgr. Stan Jaworski P. H., concelebrant. Interment will follow in the Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. For those who wish, viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The family wishes to express their thanks to the nursing staff on wards 4B and 5B at the St. Boniface Hospital for the excellent care that was provided to Ronald. The family would also like to extend thanks to the Pastoral Care Team for their kindness and support during Ronald's final days. Also, heartfelt thanks to the many people who prayed for him and comforted us with their steadfast prayers. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, the family would greatly appreciate Prayer and Mass offerings on behalf of Ronald to the St. Paul The Apostle Roman Catholic Parish. Rest in Peace Ronald, We Love You Forever A heart of gold stopped beating, hard working hands went to rest, God took you home to prove to us, he only takes the best. Heartaches in this world are many, But losing you was worse than any. It will be lonely here without you, We will miss you more each day, For life will not be the same for us; Since you've been called away. We will always remember the way you looked, the way you walked and smiled. All the things you did for us, will be with us all the while. You always did your best, your heart was true and tender, You lived your life for those you loved, and those you loved will remember.
