Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryURBAIN PETER ROELS On Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, MB, Urbain peacefully passed away with his family by his side at the age of 89 years. He leaves to cherish his memory five children: Diane and Roland Talbot, Rene and Lorraine Roels, Ernie and Wendy Roels, Harvey and Teresa Roels, John and Marie Roels; 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn one brother Prudend and one sister Bertha Ketsman and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Gertrude (nee DeKezel) in 2002, his father Jan Roels in 1972, his mother Celesta (nee De Rycke) in 1976, and by one brother Bert in 1997. Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Friday, May 18, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Swan Lake, MB on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Father John T. Nguyen officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba, Box 2248, Stn Main, Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9.
