SHOANA FARRELL On May 14, 2007 after a brief but intense battle with cancer, Shoana Farrell passed away. Shoana was born on Nov 14, 1948 in Minnedosa and lived in Rivers, Winnipeg, Gimli and Selkirk, Manitoba. She also lived in Fox Creek, Fort Saskatchewan and Bonnyville, Alberta. Wherever she went Shoana made life long friends. She leaves her husband of 32 years Tim, her daughter Wanda and Daryl Woodbeck and grandsons, Adam of Winnipeg, Jake and Luke of Pinawa; her son Tyler and Jodi Farrell and grandchildren, Darrion and Annabelle of Selkirk and her sister Kim Hutton-Smith of Selkirk. She was predeceased by her parents, Ken and Jean Hutton of Selkirk and brothers, Bryan of Gatineau and Ken of Petersfield. Shoana believed that her people were the most important thing in life and she will be dearly missed by all of her friends and relatives across Canada. The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Anozie, Dr. Demsas and the nursing staff of the surgical ward of The Selkirk General Hospital. There will be no funeral, but a family graveside interment. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Shoana's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
