EMMA (MAUDE) ROLFSON (nee DEPEW) March 12, 1922 ~ May 17, 2007 Peacefully, on May 17, 2007, Maude passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 85. Maude was predeceased by her parents, Warren (Emma) Depew, and her 12 older siblings; she was the last of her family. Maude will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Leonard of 63 years; children, Len (Patricia), Linda (Gord), Connie (Ray) Creaser; grandchildren, Evan (Amy), Scott (Katherine), Erin (Danny), Adam, Megan, and Mallory; great-grandchild Noah. Maude will also be missed by her many friends and her extended family. Maude was born and raised in Raymond, AB. They moved to Edmonton in 1955 and then to Winnipeg in 1958. Maude was always committed to her family. She was a devoted wife and mother and always put her family first. Her cheerful disposition and laughter will be fondly missed. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave, with a viewing one half hour prior to the service, and an interment and reception to follow. The family would like to thank Dr. Macek and the staff on 3rd floor South, Grace Hospital for their consideration and kindness shown to Mom.
