Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJUNE ASHTON June Ashton, born February 11, 1936 passed away peacefully on May 13, 2007. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Penny (Gary); sons, Michael (Corinne), Robert (Kathy) and Cristopher; six grandchildren, Krista, Tyler, Molly, Sophie, Robbin (Daniel) and Christopher; one great-grandchild Gabriel; brothers, Jim and Larry; sisters, Gail, Susan and Cathy; nieces, nephews, many relatives and good friends. After moving from Italy to Winnipeg in the late 1960s with the Canadian Armed Forces, June was a partner in Ashton Galleries. Her entrepreneurial spirit carried on when she moved to Vancouver and owned a mastectomy shop and then opened Molly's gift shop. June truly enjoyed being in business and made many friends along the way. June will always be remembered for getting herself into humourous situations that had many stories behind them. She is loved and will be missed dearly. A Celebration of June's life will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC.
