CHARLES W. SPEIDEL 1929 - 2007 Charlie passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007 at Seven Oaks General Hospital. Charlie was born in Winnipeg on March 27, 1929 to Adam and Katherine (nee Kendel) Speidel. At an early age he exhibited a talent for drawing, a talent he later pursued to provide a livelihood for himself and his family. Most notable in his work experience were the years spent with Phillips Gutkin Associates and later as Creative Director with Cockfield Brown Advertising Agency. Charlie was predeceased by three brothers and one sister who died in infancy, his mother Katherine and his father Adam. Surviving Charlie are his beloved wife Audrey, and sons John and Paul. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A service commemorating Charlie's life will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main St. with Pastor Robert Jacob officiating.
