Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH MCGEACHY After a courageous battle with cancer, Elizabeth passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the Grace Hospital at the age of 82 years. Elizabeth is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her sons, John (Linda) and Robert (Lindsay); grandchildren, Crystal (Mark), Caitlin, Donald, Andrew and Kathryn; great-grandson Alex; sisters, May (Rob) of Glasgow, Scotland and Pat of Leeds, England; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Darcy), of Victoria and Nancy of Surrey as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John in 2002. Elizabeth served in the British Military during the Second World War and came to Canada as a war bride. She was a proud volunteer for the Grace Hospital Woman's Auxiliary for 40 years. According to Elizabeth's wishes a private service will take place.
