Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSE OLIVEIRA CARVALHO On May 19, 2007 our wonderful father and grandfather (vavô) went to be with his Lord and Saviour. He will always be remembered by his children, Lucy Carvalho, Alda Parker (Ron), Maria Parker (Stephen) and Roy Carvalho; and his dear grandchildren, Christopher, Andrew, Kelly and Alana. We are so thankful for all the great examples you set for us. You fought until the end and never gave up. On behalf of our father we would like to thank Dr. Patel, the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, his homecare helpers and his friends and staff at Fred Douglas for your love and care. A service will be held on Thursday May 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 4000 Portage Avenue with a private interment to follow.
