ELVA LOIS FARNWORTH It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Elva Farnworth, on Monday, May 21, 2007 at the Park Manor Personal Care Home at the age of 82 years. Elva was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. Elva was predeceased by her husband Robert. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her children, Leslie Young (Bill), Gary (Colleen), Bill (Sharon), Kim Haldane-Wilsone (Chuck); her grandchildren, Mark and April, Keith and Leanne, Sherri and Amber; her great-grandchildren, Zoe and Evan, as well as her sister Lorna Nicholson (Chuck) of Detroit, MI. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at the Transcona Funeral Chapel 1800 Day St. at 11:00 a.m. Our family wishes to extend our thanks and appreciation to the staff of Park Manor Personal Care Home for their compassionate care. If friends so wish, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
