FRANK WILLIAM SUTTON Frank Sutton of Eriksdale, MB, passed on to be with his Lord and Saviour on May 20, 2007, at the age of 88 years. Frank was born August 8, 1918, in Winnipeg, MB. In 1922 the family moved to Gimli where Frank's father owned a bakery. They moved to England where they lived for 18 months before returning to Canada, settling in the Tennyson District to farm in 1933. In 1944 he married Mary Evans and they continued to farm. In 1982 they retired and moved closer to town and he continued his passion for gardening, sharing generously with others. Frank showed great love for his family, friends and everyone else he met. He was always willing to drop whatever he was doing and help anyone in need. Frank's greatest passion throughout his life was to share his love for the Lord. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Mary; his children, Larry (Lorraine), Joyce (Brian), and Alice, and his stepchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Martha; sister Marjorie and her husband Malcolm; brother-in-law John Evans; father-in-law John Evans and mother-in-law Mary Evans. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at the Eriksdale Recreational Centre with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. Interment to follow in the Eriksdale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ruben Geortzen, Keith Lundale, Ben Watson, George Ives, David Ives and Peter Mikhail. The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to the Eriksdale Hospital staff for all their care and support. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the E.M.
