Mike is survived by his wife Mary; his children, Stephie (Terry Klos), Jerry Bula (Barbara), Lila Watts (Marty); as well as grandchildren. In compliance with Mike's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. The family would like to thank the Paramedics and Officers that attended to Mike.
