Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN (KAY) PETERS Peacefully on Thursday, May 24, 2007, Kathleen (Kay) Peters passed away at Deer Lodge Centre. Kay is survived by Rudolph (Rudy), her loving husband of nearly 66 years; one nephew Brian (Maria) Peters of Cape Breton and three nieces, June (Peter) Chichak of Edmonton, AB, Judy (Peter) Paterson and Bonnie Boulet of Winnipeg. She will also be remembered by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Hazel Ough; brother Herbert Ough; sister Marian Tate; a nephew and a great-nephew. Kay was born in Toronto, December 17, 1914 and moved with her family to Winnipeg as a young child. She grew up in the North End and attended Machray and St. John's High School. For over 40 years Kay and Rudy worked together operating a successful heating and air conditioning business. They enjoyed many years of square dancing with a group of friends and also travelled extensively in North America and Europe. In accordance with Kay's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Inkster. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Winnipeg Humane Society, one of Kay's favourite charities. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
